Storing Your Wines Correctly
Refrigerator Temperature
Here at Weald Refrigeration we know a thing or two about storing wine at the correct temperature as we have been manufacturing wine coolers for over thirty years.
We highly recommend that most of your wines should be cooled from between +3°C to +10°C for white wine coolers and +10°C to +20°C for red wine coolers if your wine gets too warm, the flavour can dissipate, but be careful since if they get too cool, they might also freeze.
Keep Stable as Possible
Many wine enthusiasts already know that wines need to be kept as still as possible in order to not disturb the sediment and preserve the wines flavour.

Weald Refrigeration wine coolers are manufactured to such high standards that they run with zero-vibration, and will not upset the wines complex makeup.
Lay Sideways
Wine bottles should generally be kept on their sides in order to keep the wine inside flush against the cork so it will not dry out.
Weald refrigeration’s Prestige range of wine coolers are manufactured with an internal shelving layout that enables you to store your wine this also helps save you space.
Follow the guidelines set out by Weald Refrigeration in storing your wine and always remember the three most important things: Refrigerator temperature, Stability, and Sideways storage.
