Dishoom, the Indian restaurant that pays loving homage to the Irani cafés and food of Bombay, is coming to Paradise Birmingham in spring 2020.

Dishoom’s choice of location underlines the huge potential for retail and leisure occupiers at Paradise with its location in the very heart of the city, revamped public squares and footfall of more than 46,000 people per day – 17 million a year.

Dishoom Birmingham will occupy part of the ground floor of One Chamberlain Square the new restaurant will overlook both Chamberlain Square and Centenary Way and will help complete the first phase of the development.

The menu will be served alongside a new chef special, unique to Birmingham, and will take guests from breakfast to lunch, dinner and late-night tipples.

The restaurant will also feature a Permit Room bar, serving Dishoom’s award-winning cocktails, teetotal tipples, house chai and more.

It is within the stylish bar areas of the new Dishoom Restaurant that CBS and Weald Refrigeration’s manufacturing expertise has been called upon to design and custom build s/steel bottle and wine coolers.

Here there beers and wines are guaranteed to be displayed to their best advantage and stored at the exact temperature the Dishoom team require.
