COMING SOON… Chef Bruno Loubet and The Zetter Group’s hotly anticipated Grain Store restaurant, opening in Kings cross, June 2013.

The Zetter Group is a dynamic company that includes the award winning Zetter Hotel, the acclaimed Bistort Bruno Loubet restaurant, The Zetter Townhouse (named London Hotel of the Year 2012 and Best New Cocktail Bar 2012) and now their most recent venture:  Grain Store.  A restaurant located at the heart of London’s most exciting new quarter, Kings Cross central.

Grain Store is the restaurant that Bruno Loubet has long dreamed of opening.

Weald Refrigeration is proud of its association with Mr Bruno Loubet and was pleased to be asked to supply the wine coolers to the specifications required, and wish him all success with the opening of the much anticipated Grain Store restaurant.

With an eclectic menu with no geographical boundaries, gives vegetables an equal billing, if not the starring role. The dramatic interior blurs the lines between front and back of house with the theatre of the cooking process often spilling in to the restaurant.

The bar is in collaboration with pioneering cocktail creator, Tony Conigliaro (as at the multi-award winning Zetter Townhouse) who is working with Bruno matching on savoury cocktails with food.

At The Zetter Group, the guests’ experience is paramount, and while it may be the award winning interior design or the buzzy atmosphere that the guests first notice on arrival, it is the helpful, smiling and knowledgeable team that they remember long after they leave.
