Mama Fuego Is Bringing Some Very Pretty Plates To The Greenwich Peninsula

The second venue from the team behind Covent Garden’s Abuelo, this bigger little sister it setting up shop in The Tide at Greenwich Peninsula.

Maintaining the original site’s focus on Australian cuisine inbued with South American flavour, Mama Fuego will be serving up delicious coffees, floral cakes, beautiful brunch plates and few creative cocktails will no doubt make an appearance on their menu.

Proving itself to be more than just a place to grab a quick coffee and a cake, Mama Fuego is split up into range of distinctive areas.

From a Bond-appropriate sunken lounge bar decked out in 70s-inspired furnishings and a floating fireplace, to a mezzanine bakery, a 70-capacity restaurant and a tap room complete with a gin still, they’ll be bringing a space for all seasons.

It is in this new sunken lounge bar area that Weald Refrigeration’s professional services in wine and bottle cooler manufacturing has been called upon by Mama Fuego to design and build wine coolers for there exciting new restaurant.
