Naturally, there speciality is oysters and throughout the year they offer a wide range, sourced from the best producers around the British Isles and France.

All the wines are perfectly chilled thanks to the superb bespoke glass fronted wine coolers manufactured and installed exclusively for the Oyster and Porterhouse Bar by Weald Refrigeration.

The Oyster and Porterhouse sell only fish and shellfish from sustainable stocks and source as much as possible from small Cornish day boats. They also source shellfish directly from our Duchy Oyster Farm on the Helford River in Cornwall.
