Folie, Soho, London

In Golden Square London, where Soho meets Mayfair there’s an exciting Mediterranean Restaurant and Bar called Folie, its re-created the experience of the Riviera in London.

Designed by Studio KO, the interiors resurrect the sensuality and glamour of the 1960s and 70s.

There’s a separate bar area where the bar team specialise in making great classic cocktails, shaking and stirring martinis, Mai Tai and Negronis.

It is within the stylish bar area of the Folie Restaurant that Weald Refrigeration in association with Rees Associates has been called upon to design and build bespoke bottle / wine cabinets CR60H and CR90H from its Classic Range.

These bespoke units have Powder Coated Night Blue Exteriors, solid doors and are designed to store all wines and beers at the exact temperature the Folie team require.

The food operation at Folie is led by Executive Head Chef Christophe Marleix (previously Executive Head Chef at the Grill at the Dorchester and more recently at Annabel’s). He has created a menu that draws inspiration from the Mediterranean, from Marseille to Portofino, through St Tropez and Nice.

FOLIE also offers a menu of rare and unusual pastis and vermouth’s, together with fine Armagnac.

Wines are sourced from the finest wineries across Europe. Guests are invited to enjoy their favourite drink with Riviera épicerie essentials, such as pissaladière and tapenades.

You can see why FOLIE has already become a meeting point for conviviality, elegance and revelry at all times.
